Description

Do you know where your organization is going and how it's going to get there? If you're feeling like you're at the helm of a ship without a rudder, then this course is for you.

Written by Catherine Evans and Helesia Luke of Ethos Strategy Group, Strategic Planning walks you through all of the steps in creating a successful strategic plan for your organization. From when to plan and who should be involved, to the steps involved in creating a strategic plan with your team, you'll learn all of the essentials necessary to get your organization on course.

The CharityVillage Campus Strategic Planning course will take you about two hours to complete in total, but you don't have to do it all in one sitting. You'll have access to all of the course materials for three months, so you can go as quickly or as slowly as you'd like.

As with all CharityVillage Campus courses, you'll have access along the way to helpful downloadble resources as well as short, optional self-tests to help you make sure that you're retaining what you're learning.

When you've finished the course, you can take an optional final quiz. If you achieve 70% or more on the quiz, you can download a certificate of completion.
