Description

You need policies and procedures to clearly communicate what your organization wants people to do. They form a framework for how your organization wants to operate.

You've got to have policies and procedures, but it isn't always easy to know where to begin. It's hard to imagine that learning about writing effective policies and procedures could be interesting and fun, but this course is both!

The CharityVillage Campus Writing Effective Policies and Procedures course will take you about 2 hours to complete on your own. This program will motivate you and give you the tools to get going and do a great job.
